1. Create a New Google Sheet
First, you'll need a new Google Sheet.

2. Rename the Sheet
It's crucial to name your sheet correctly for synchronization.
- At the bottom of the new spreadsheet, you'll see a tab usually named "Sheet1". Double-click on this tab.
- Rename it to Questions. Make sure the name is exact, letter for letter.

3. Share the Google Sheet
Now, you'll share the sheet with the necessary accounts, granting them editor access. This allows the synchronization process to work.
- In the top right corner of your Google Sheet, click the Share button.
- In the "Share with people and groups" box, add the following email address one by one, ensuring you set the permission to Editor:
- Click Done when finished.

4. Copy the Sheets ID
The Sheets ID is a unique identifier for your spreadsheet, which you'll need for the next step.
- Look at the URL of your Google Sheet in your web browser.
- The Sheets ID is the long string of characters located between /d/ and /edit.
- Example URL: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aoi8kU6i_2DacJ3OZpu4wEKvKgfrC7KLczKa4wDypUw/edit#gid=0
- Copy only this ID. Do not include any other parts of the URL.
